Move over, Colin Farrell! The Ireland-born former law student, who survived a plague in 2002's 28 Days Later..., torments Rachel McAdams in Wes Craven's Red Eye.
Good at playing bad? The star (wed to college sweetheart Yvonne McGuinness) was cast as Batman Begins's Scarecrow after auditioning for the lead role. He got the criminal part in Red Eye because "he had these blinding blue eyes!" says Craven.
