Since fighting off killer zombies in the horror hit 28 Days Later..., the gorgeous Celt's fan sites have spread faster than the film's deadly virus. "Cillian has a kind of openness, an otherwordly quality that is very appealing," says his 28 Days Later... director, Danny Boyle.
The 29-year-old is currently making hearts flutter as a young butcher who romances Scarlett Johansson in Girl With a Pearl Earring. Next, he'll appear alongside Colin Farrell in the comedy Intermission, before slipping into a supervillain suit to terrorize Christian Bale in the next Batman movie.
Although the actor says he doesn't have a career plan, Cillian admits, "I don't intend to be in the next teen movie. Even if that kind of film were offered to me, I think my agents are attuned enough not to send those scripts on to me."
Fans of the Irish hunk—who has been with his artist girlfriend, Yvonne, for over a year (sic)—might get to see a whole lot more of him in the future. "I'm completely comfortable with nude scenes," he explains. "I wouldn't want to get my thing out in every scene, but when it makes sense, it makes sense."
